What we cannot do
We cannot access, cancel, delete, or refund accounts on Candy AI or another companion service. Use that provider’s support and privacy routes for account requests.
Corrections
We prefer reproducible corrections: the exact public URL, the visible claim, and the date. Free tiers change, so a current screenshot or quoted live screen is more useful than a remembered price.
